P/A Industries' Service Department is equipped to provide many types of technical assistance, including telephone, e-mail, on-site, and Internet assistance. Replacement parts may be ordered via telephone, e-mail. Again, you will need to provide the service engineer with the correct model number and serial number of the equipment in question.

Repairs

Eventually, your P/A Industries equipment may require service. Press feed equipment repairs, Servo feed repairs and coil handling equipment repairs can be handled quickly and efficiently through the P/A Industries Service Department. Factory repairs on all your P/A Industries products may be arranged through the P/A Industries Service Department. Contact the service department toll free at 800.243.8306 ext. 251.

Note: No products, with the exception of Air Feeds, or Transporters, should be returned to P/A Industries without a Returned Goods Authorization Number (R/A Number). Please call our toll-free number to obtain an R/A Number. All repairs will be subject to a minimum Inspection Bench Fee.
