P/A Industries' Service Department is equipped to provide many types of expert technical assistance, including telephone, e-mail, on-site, and instant Internet content assistance from this page.

If you have a question or problem that requires immediate attention, please call the P/A Industries Service Department at: 800.243.8306 ext. 251. Please have on hand, the model number and serial number (if applicable) of the P/A Industries product in question.

With years of technical problem-solving experience, the P/A Service Department stands ready to assist our customers with their service concerns. From Servo Feed repairs, to press feed equipment repairs and coil handling equipment repairs, our Service Department is committed to the maximum uptime and longevity of our customers' P/A equipment investment. It is your assurance of prompt, reliable, and precise solutions to whatever problems you may encounter in day-to-day production.

Replacement parts may be ordered via telephone, fax, or e-mail. Again, you will need to provide the service engineer with the correct model number and serial number of the equipment in question (if applicable).

Repairs


Eventually, your P/A equipment may require service. Press feed equipment repairs, servo feed repairs and coil handling equipment repairs can be handled quickly and efficiently through the P/A Industries Service Department. Factory repairs on all your P/A Industries products may be arranged through the P/A Industries Service Department. Contact the Service department toll free at 800.243.8306 ext. 251.

Note: No products, should be returned to P/A without a Returned Goods Authorization Number (R/A Number). Please call our toll-free number to obtain an R/A Number. All repairs will be subject to a minimum Inspection Bench Fee.

Second Owner Support


We realize that some P/A Equipment may eventually find it’s way to Auctions, Liquidations, and On-Line sources. P/A Industries will continue to support this equipment as long as parts are available.

However, in fairness to Original Owners who may need Warranty or Out-Of Warranty Phone Support concurrent to Second Owners, we will assist Original Owners at no cost. Second Owner Phone Support will be provided for the first 15 minutes or less at no cost. After which, a complete Serial Number, Credit Card Information or Purchase Order, and a Call-Back Number will be required to continue the Phone Support. The cost of Second Owner Phone Support is $50.00 per Half-Hour or Fraction Thereof.
